ORDERING

How much do Cake Pops cost?

Because we offer custom designs, the cost is based on the size of the order and the level of detail.  Generally, we will provide a quote with up to 3 different price options to best accommodate your budget.  Use these examples as a guide to help with approximate price ranges based on design type.  To stay up to date on flash sales, discounts, special offers and more Subscribe Here.

How do I place an order?

You are always welcome to send an email or give us a call.  The best way to place an order is by filling out our Order Form.  It answers the questions we will need to provide you with the best quote.  Please provide lots of details and photos if you have them.  You will hear back from us within 24 - 48 hours, most times even sooner.

Do you offer non custom designs for purchase?

Absolutely!    During certain holidays such as Valentine's Day, Christmas and Easter we sell pre-set designs.  And guess what, we change our sets every year so you always get something new and exciting.  From time to time we also offer flash sales and promotions that are pre-designed. The best way to learn when these options are offered is to Subscribe Here.  You will be notified of hot deals, exclusive offers, and sales right to your inbox.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Is there a minimum per order?

Yes.  For our custom orders, there is a minimum purchase of $75.00 per order.  There are exceptions to this when we offer flash sales, pop-ups and have special offers from time to time.   Subscribe Here to receive updates when they become available right to your inbox.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We prefer a minimum 2 week advance notice of your event. Because every order is different, we want to ensure we have time to purchase any necessary supplies and or ingredients.  Depending on the level of detail, it takes time to make the decorative embellishments that will make your order unique and special.  This will guarantee that we have everything we need and adequate time to plan and prepare your order with the care it deserves.  We will do our best to work with you if your event is less than 2 weeks but cannot make any guarantees and may be subject to a Rush Fee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you have a storefront?

Not yet!  For now, there is no brick and mortar store for clients to visit. Sweetpops4U and Signature Sweets by Laura are a LLC, operating as a licensed & inspected Cottage Food business (out of the home.) 

Do you ship?

Due to GA Cottage Food Laws and Regulations, we are unable to ship.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We will deliver anywhere within Metro Atlanta and its surrounding areas.  The cost is determined based on day and distance.  Free pick-up is available in the Suwanee, GA area.

Where would I pick up my treats?

We have a pick-up location in the Suwanee, GA area.  Once you have secured your order, we will set up an appointment time for you to pick up your treats.

OUR TREATS

Do you only offer Cake Pops?

We are constantly adding new items to our menu.  Our newest items are Custom decorated Sugar Cookies and S'More's Kits.  We also offer seasonal hot cocoa bombs, dipped pretzels, oreos, and rice krispies treats.  These too can be customized to match your theme.  If you are interested just let us know.

What is the difference between a stick up and stick down Cake Pop? 

Stick down or lollipop style will require a stand, jar, or vase to display them upright.  We offer display stands that can be customized to match your event.
Stick Up will allow the Cake Pop to stand up on any flat surface. They can be easily displayed on a plate, platter, or table.

What flavor options are available for Cake Pops?

We offer a variety of flavors including Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Red Velvet, Marble, and Confetti.  We also offer seasonal flavors and occasional specialty flavors from time to time.  Subscribe Here to receive updates about new flavors, special offers, and so much more.

Are the decorations edible?

Yes!  Occasionally we will add an element that is not edible such as a birthday candle or real flower, however, we will always let you know if there is something that should not be eaten and it is very rare.

Do you offer Cake Pops for restricted diets (sugar-free, gluten-free, nut-free)?

Currently, we do not offer any special diet options, but we're working on it!  
Please note, even if your treat does not contain nuts, the ingredients in the products we use have been manufactured in factories that also use nuts, wheat, milk, and soy.

How do I take care of my Cake Pops/Treats?

Dipped Treats are sensitive and should be handled carefully.  While not necessary, we recommend keeping them refrigerated until the day of your event to maintain freshness as long as possible. (They should remain in the box and wrappers until they reach room temperature)  Keep them away from outdoor or extreme heat because they will melt.  Never leave your treats in a warm car or outside during the summer months.  

How long will my Cake Pops/Cookies stay fresh?

Cake Pops are made from a fully baked caked dipped in a candy coating.  So treat them the same way you would a freshly home-baked cake.  As a guide, they can stay fresh at room temperature for up to a week. If refrigerated, up to 2 weeks, and if frozen, up to 3 months or longer (sealed in a freezer-safe bag). This same rule applies to Cookies.
