Cakepop Stand Rental Agreement


a. The Customer shall pay the Owner the total Rental Fee per equipment in advance.
b. A Security Deposit  is required to cover any damages or loss of equipment and will be returned within 10 days after the equipment is return within the rental period and if there are no damages or losses.


a. The Customer agrees to use the rented cake pop stand and equipment for the sole purpose of displaying cake pops and other confections.
b. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used properly and safely.


a. The Owner will deliver the equipment to the Delivery Location on the Delivery Date.
b. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept the equipment during the agreed-upon time slot.
c. The Customer shall return the equipment to the Return Location by the Return Date.
d. The equipment must be in the same condition as received, clean and undamaged, upon return.


a. The Customer is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment while in their possession.
b. The Security Deposit will be used to cover any repair or replacement costs for damaged or lost equipment.
c. Any costs exceeding the Security Deposit will be the responsibility of the Customer and shall be paid within 3 days of notification.


a. In the event of a cancellation, the Customer must notify the Owner at least 7 days before the rental start date to receive a full refund of the Rental Fee.
b. Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date will result in a forfeiture of the Rental Fee.
